hey all how you doing, nothing was working for me so bough slimming pills called Adios... they seem to be working but very slowly! hope i can get to my ideal weight from 156lbs-110lbs at least that if im lucky enough... (5'4, 20yrs young haha)

I feel like ripping my insides out! yesterday and the day before i got force fed like a thousand calories, my sis picked up i was starving myself and she made me eat like small food with tons of calories, its exercise day today and a maximum of 250 cals! sisters are such bitches sometimes

u guys are awesome, no i really mean that, since i read about you all on here and see how determined you are to lose weight i finally got the motivation iv been in serach of and i have learned to control my cravings and bingeing in a matter days, somerthing i was NEVER able to do and now i can THANKS ALL

tomorow i'll load up some thinspo for you all cz my bro needs to use the PC...(hes a real pain in the but!) lol

hey everyone, i was just wondering, will i lose any weight if i stick to 500 cals a day without exercising? my metabolism is really slow and messed up cz of my ED so its really hard form to even shift a pound a week!!! literally... if i do hav to exercise how much do u recommend i shud do per day and what types are really good? i no skipping is really good but i get bored of doing that all the time lol... thanks im 156lbs so i have a very very long way to go, any help is very appreciated xxx

hi all, iv started my day with carrot soup and cup of coffee, and around evening had another cup of soup, feel a little guilt after indulging in a tiny piece of left over birthday cake and later boiled rice. i dont think the whole of what iv eaten today is more than 500 cals. but lets see how it goes, im gonah hide in my room so i dont give in to temptation lol

Im finding it really hard to lose weight, i have been bullimic for two yeras now and i lost around 2 and a half stone and now i cant lose anything, i have been consuming less that 600 caloried a day for two weeks and i havnt lost a pound, please can you guys help me, im sick of being the fat one and being teased about my weight, i weigh 70kg now so i know i have a long way to go. i would be very grateful of any tips you can share with me

i have gained half a stone in three weeks, i feel so fat because i already am and now i have gained some more weight, i kept a fast today i didnt eat anthing at all, not even a glass of water until 21.30pm today, i need to go and puke now because i had a sandwhich, im going to be fasting for as long as i can to loose as much weight as possible. thats it for today.
